Saskatoon Immigration Services
One Stop Services Ltd. offers Foreign Worker Recruitment and Immigration Services to Canadian companies and foreign workers alike. One Stop Services helps Canadian employers find temporary foreign workers to fulfill a constantly growing labour shortage. One Stop offers friendly and comprehensive assistance to employers who want to concentrate on what they do and let the professionals handle their immigration needs.
One Stop Services also works very closely with the TFWs (Temporary Foreign Workers), helping them with all the steps in immigrating as well as any needs they may have when settled in Canada (like applying for Permanent Residence or Work Permit Extension). One Stop Services has recent immigrants on staff who know first hand the stress of leaving home and families as well as the excitement of landing in Canada to a whole new land of opportunity. This, aside from being ICCRC accredited, enables One Stop to be familiar with the process of immigration and help in every step of the way to make the workers’ transition as smooth and exciting as possible.

Federal Skilled Worker Program
An applicant is evaluated based on the prevailing Selection Criteria and points system promulgated by the Ministerial Instructions. The applicant must have at least one year of continuous full-time paid work experience or continuous part-time equivalent work. Aside from work experience, applicant’s education, official language proficiency, age, offer of indeterminate occupation, immediate relative in Canada, and if applicable, the spouse’s/partner’s official language proficiency, work experience and studies in Canada are factors that are considered in evaluating the eligibility of the applicant to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
Federal Skilled Trades Program
An applicant may become a permanent resident of Canada based on his qualifications as a skilled tradesperson. Aside from meeting the required level of official language proficiency, having at least 2 years of full-time work experience or equivalent part-time work experience in a skilled trade, and meeting all job requirements in that skilled trade as stated in the National Occupational Classification (NOC), he must have a valid job offer of full-time employment in that skilled trade or a certificate of qualification in that skilled trade from the provincial or territorial body.
Provincial Nominee Program
PNP provides a quicker way and more options for applicants to immigrate to Canada. Each province establishes its own PNP criteria and requirements and if applicants satisfied these criteria, the provincial government nominates the applicant to the federal government for permanent residency.
